WCI commits to provide the highest quality installation of reliable and high performing emergency vehicle equipment. WCI enforcement vehicles include our Power Distribution Unit (PDU) and Wiring Harness which are fully labeled and allow for quick and easy troubleshooting. All full enforcement installations are warranted against installation defects for the life of vehicle.
Our technicians perform a thorough pre and post inspection on each vehicle to ensure all equipment is functioning properly. In addition to our courtesy inspection, all installation services undergo detailed quality assurance checks. All work is gone through with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
All Emergency Vehicle Technicians at WCI have completed either Level 4 security clearance through the RCMP or level 4 clearances through the City of Edmonton Police Service.
Each member of the install team is either MECP (Mobile Electronics Certified Professional) certified, or works under the guidance of an MECP certified technician.

Service work is the strength WCI has been built upon. The service facility of WCI is designed to reflect the priority the service work takes within WCI. We are a systems oriented service shop with expertise in trunked radio, coverage extension and data communications.
WCI is a full service communications repair facility offering warranty and non-warranty repair services on most makes and models of two-way radios. Repair Services turnaround is two days if parts are available. On site technical services are available by appointment.
To adequately service the varied systems requirements WCI supplies 24 hour standby and mobile service from our technical staff, all of who have received factory training and a two year post graduate certificate in Electronic Technology. Our Manufacturer’s Representative status with Harris Communications provides quality Engineering support where required.

WCI is western Canada’s authorized Kustom Signals sales & service centre. Kustom Signals lasers and radar are serviced in house and do not require shipping back to the US for service.
